From Brazil to Sweden, via the U.S., China and Spain – my journey has always been about building bridges between people, ideas and opportunities.

I was born in Brazil and moved to Sweden just before turning ten, where I’ve spent the majority of my life. Along the way, I’ve studied and lived in the United States and China, and I’ve been based in Spain since August 2020. These experiences – combined with extensive travel across Europe, Africa, and Asia – have shaped both my worldview and my approach to business.

My professional path began in the recruitment industry in 2007. In 2010, I founded my first company – a business I successfully built, scaled, and later exited. Today, I lead two growing companies that operate across borders, with a strong focus on recruitment and strategic business development.

What drives me is building businesses with soul – where people come first and results follow. I have a passion for creating structure, enabling growth, and delivering long-term value to clients, consultants, and partners. My expertise spans recruitment, negotiation, coaching, sales, and business development.

I hold a Master’s degree in Economics from Western Michigan University, Dalarna University, and Beijing Jiaotong University – combining academic insight with real-world execution in international and entrepreneurial environments.
