🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Digital Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable insights for digital teams.

• Support the design and implementation of digital solutions that create measurable business value.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and UX Specialists in an agile environment.

• Contribute to prioritization, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as a trusted link between business and technology, creating alignment and driving progress across teams.

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digital, IT, or transformation environments.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex information into clear recommendations.

• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.

• Solid understanding of business processes, digital products, and Agile ways of working.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and disciplines.

• A proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset.
