We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for an exciting assignment within a large, technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Define and document clear functional and non-functional requirements

• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and development teams to refine and shape solution proposals

• Ensure requirements are followed through during delivery and support development teams throughout the process

• Contribute to improving ways of working related to requirements management

• Analyze and adapt existing solutions to meet evolving business demands

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field

• Experience in roles such as Business Analyst, System Analyst, System Architect, or similar

• Strong background in requirements gathering, process modeling, data analysis, and solution design

• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documenting requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies

• Experience within automotive, connectivity, or telecom industries is considered an advantage

About the Assignment

You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, working in a DevOps setup focused on the development, maintenance, and operation of a modern microservices-based connectivity platform. The role involves close collaboration with both engineering and business teams to support the development of connected services and features.
