Communication Manager â Remote Short-Term Assignment đ
Lead communication in a global transformation program đ Full-time remote assignment (MarâJun 2026). Requires 5+ yearsâ experience, strong stakeholder skills, and change communication expertise.
We are looking for an experienced Communication Manager to join a large-scale business transformation program. This is a consulting assignment where you will play a key role in driving structured, proactive communication aligned with change management activities.
You will work both strategically and operationally, shaping the communication approach while also executing and coordinating activities across the program.
About the role đ
You will lead program communications end-to-end, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across stakeholders. You will define communication strategies and plans, develop a strong change story, and adapt messaging to different target audiences.
You will also support leaders and stakeholders in delivering effective communication, while producing and managing materials such as presentations, intranet content, and other formats.
The role involves close collaboration with multiple communication functions and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support successful adoption of new ways of working.
Responsibilities:
Define and drive communication strategy and plans.
Lead and coordinate program communication activities.
Develop and maintain a clear and compelling change story.
Adapt communication to different audiences and stakeholders.
Support leaders with communication and messaging.
Create and manage communication materials (presentations, intranet, etc.).
Collaborate across teams to ensure aligned communication.
Requirements đŻ
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
Experience in communication management within large and complex organizations.
Experience working in transformation or change management programs.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage at all organizational levels.
Ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging communication.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience in content production and visual communication (PowerPoint required, filming/editing is a plus).
