We are currently seeking a Mid to Senior Graphic Communicator on behalf of our client.

A Graphic Communicator converts strategic messages into clear, engaging, and visually effective communication. The role combines creativity, brand awareness, and communication expertise to ensure information is easy to understand, aligned with the brand identity, and impactful across various channels, primarily within print and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Communication & Design

• Create high-quality visual materials such as packaging, icons, illustrations, infographics, layouts, and templates that support clear and effective communication.

• Turn complex information into simple, intuitive visual formats that enhance understanding and user experience.

• Ensure all visual deliverables align with brand identity, tone of voice, and design guidelines.

• Be comfortable working with recurring and repetitive design tasks.

Content Collaboration

• Work closely with communication specialists and operational stakeholders to clarify key messages and determine the most effective visual solutions.

• Provide creative input in the development of communication concepts and materials.

Production & Delivery

• Produce ready-to-use communication assets for both print and digital platforms depending on project requirements.

• Prepare files, mockups, and prototypes with strong attention to technical details such as layout precision, pixel accuracy, color profiles, and file formats.

• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while delivering work within agreed timelines.

Brand Experience & Quality

• Ensure visual consistency across channels and teams by supporting the correct use of templates, graphic standards, and communication principles.

• Assess the visual effectiveness of communication materials and recommend improvements when needed.

• Stay up to date with design trends, user experience practices, and accessibility standards.

Competencies & Skills

Core Skills

• Graphic design, layout, and composition

• Typography and icon design

• Visual hierarchy and information design

• Basic motion graphics or animation (beneficial but not required)

• Understanding of accessibility guidelines

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator and InDesign

• Knowledge of print production processes and technical specifications
