B2B SaaS Sales Role for the DACH Market (Barcelona)
Full-time consultancy assignment as Account Executive DACH, starting ASAP. Sell B2B SaaS to the hospitality market. Requirements: German C2, English B2, 1–3 years SaaS sales experience.
We are looking for a driven Account Executive for the DACH market to join a fast-growing international B2B SaaS environment within hospitality technology. This consultancy assignment is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth setting, loves sales, and wants to work with AI-powered solutions that deliver real business impact.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closed deal, acting as a trusted advisor to hotels, accommodation providers, and property managers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will collaborate with a high-performing sales team with a shared ambition to build a market-leading solution in the region 🌍
Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Conduct frequent online and in-person sales meetings
Present the value proposition clearly and with enthusiasm
Drive new business through cold outreach and pipeline management
Participate in trade fairs and industry events
Maintain accurate CRM data and work towards clear KPIs
Requirements
Native-level German (C2)
Strong English skills (minimum B2)
1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, software, or services sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Personal Profile
Structured, data-driven, and proactive
