Project Coordinator - Södertälje
Hybrid 50% role in Södertälje Jan–Dec 2026: Join as a Project Coordinator supporting PI planning, project admin and risk work, ideal for a proactive profile with finance+IT experience 🚀
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join an international environment and support a major internal project. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, ensure smooth execution of planning activities, drive administrative structure, and contribute to transparent communication across teams 🚀
Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager with project administration
Follow up on assigned responsibilities and deliverables
Prepare and facilitate PI planning sessions with the IT organisation
Create structure, transparency and communication across the project
Support risk management and mitigation plans 🌟
Requirements
Education in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering
Several years of experience in project coordination within banking, finance and accounting combined with IT
Fluent in English and Swedish
Strong communication and presentation skills
Assignment details
Location: Södertälje 100% (50% remote)
Start: 12 January 2026
End: 31 December 2026
