SAP Business Analyst – Gothenburg
SAP Business Analyst in Gothenburg needed to support and enhance SAP SD/MM processes, drive SCM requirements, and guide best-practice adoption. Starts Jan 2026.
The consultant is required to analyse, support, and optimise business processes and system functionalities within the SAP SD and SAP MM modules.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have 3–5 years of proven experience in identifying SCM and logistics business requirements and creating customer story backlogs for SAP-related initiatives.
- Must be able to lead SAP S/4HANA knowledge-transfer activities for key users, data owners, and local management teams.
- Must have demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, capture business needs, and gather user feedback for continuous system improvements.
- Must be experienced in conducting and facilitating stakeholder workshops to secure business alignment.
- Must be capable of defining and validating complete SCM/logistics process flows across multiple plant locations.
- Must be able to adapt and refine project documentation, including training material, localized content, and test scripts.
- Must serve as a subject-matter expert in logistics and warehouse management systems and processes.
- Must have experience participating in process-standardisation workshops with system integrators, promoting SAP standard (out-of-the-box) solutions for inventory and logistics.
- Must be capable of advising business users on adopting and applying SAP best practices.
- Must be experienced in contributing to integration design discussions involving SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Must be able to assess and validate proposals from system integrators, including reviewing testing results and deliverables.
- Must provide expertise in master data and transactional data required for supply-chain-related data migration activities.
- Must apply best-practice methods for data cleansing and extraction throughout migration phases.
