We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join our project procurement team.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of suppliers and ensuring that purchasing activities meet the company’s quality and business requirements. Acting as a key link in the supply chain, you will collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and international suppliers. The role involves working according to established procedures while also handling urgent matters and finding pragmatic solutions to challenges. Alongside your colleagues, you will play an important role in continuously improving procurement processes and enhancing supply chain performance.

You will join a team of around ten buyers and one procurement planner, where junior and senior expertise is combined in a cooperative and supportive environment. What we expect from you
You are a strong relationship builder who communicates effectively in both English and Swedish. You have solid negotiation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities. You work in a structured and efficient manner, can set the right priorities, and consistently deliver on targets. With a strong commercial mindset and experience in procurement and SAP, you are flexible and can adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate project-related purchase orders in line with agreed terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, processes, and guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular and structured communication.
• Monitor supplier performance to secure timely and high-quality deliveries.
• Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders on a variety of procurement tasks.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and ways of working.
• Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders throughout the procurement cycle.
• Report and resolve supply chain issues that could impact operations.
• Contribute actively to the company’s ongoing digital transformation journey.
