We are now looking for a passionate and creative UX/UI Designer for an exciting assignment within manufacturing systems. You will join an experienced agile team that values innovation and user-centered design. đ
About the role
Youâll be part of a global development team working with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX, and Design Sprints. In this role, youâll shape and improve digital tools and applications â from research and concept development to final design delivery.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Translate insights into meaningful design solutions
- Design user interfaces using Figma (Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus)
- Develop and refine UI according to established design guidelines
- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members
- Deliver graphical assets for implementation
- Contribute ideas and creative solutions in an agile environment
Weâre looking for someone who has
- Experience with user interviews, usability testing, and UX research
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Ability to design based on existing graphical guidelines
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Lean UX, or Design Sprint)
- Some coding knowledge is an advantage, but not required
