UX Lead – Drive the Future of Automotive Software
Lead UX in Gothenburg 🚗 Shape intuitive tools for automotive software & diagnostics. Mentor teams and set strategy in this on-site consulting role, Oct 2025–Oct 2026.
We are looking for an experienced UX Lead for an on-site consulting assignment starting October 2025. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive tools and solutions that make complex processes simple, efficient, and enjoyable to use.
Your mission
✨ Lead all UX activities and ensure valuable, desirable and user-friendly experiences
✨ Create and implement a UX strategy that aligns with the overall vision and goals
✨ Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and cross-functional teams
✨ Mentor teams and leaders in user-centered design methodologies
✨ Raise the UX maturity level by introducing standards, routines, and training
✨ Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
✨ Support the design of tools for parameter documentation, diagnostics, and modernization projects
✨ Contribute to secure and efficient software development and deployment environments
What we are looking for
✔️ Senior UX professional with proven experience in leading UX work
✔️ Solid background in designing for complex technical systems
✔️ Strong communicator who can bridge business, tech, and design
✔️ Experience working in agile environments with fast-paced, iterative development
✔️ Ability to coach, inspire, and develop teams and individuals
✔️ Comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on design work
✔️ Located in Gothenburg, able to work on-site at Lindholmen Science Center
