We are looking for a Design Business Support on behalf of our client.
Assignment Overview
In this role as a Business Consultant, you will join the Models & Fabrication team and work closely with management to support the design modelling process in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the administrative process for consumables within M&F.
- Take responsibility for the Chemical Handling System in M&F.
- Organize, monitor, and maintain studio supplies.
- Prepare assignment descriptions and purchasing requisitions for the department.
- Set up and manage service and maintenance agreements.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the management team when needed.
- Attend and contribute to management meetings.
The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, independent, and brings a positive mindset while looking for a stimulating role. Previous experience as a Business Controller is considered an advantage.
Required qualifications and skills
- Familiarity with business applications, preferably SAP.
- Understanding of Chemical Handling Systems.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
