We are now looking for a Business Controller to join a fast-paced and collaborative tech-driven organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines a financial background with an interest in digital transformation and modern business technologies. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and drive a culture of cost-consciousness and value creation across the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities for assigned business units, and help consolidate financial reporting across the technology function.
• Lead and support monthly closing procedures, provide analysis, and guide on key strategic decisions and their operationalization.
• Ensure high-quality financial data integrity across systems, with oversight of key financial flows such as recharges, accruals and invoice management.
• Drive process improvements in budgeting and forecasting methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights that enable strategic cost control and business performance.
• Educate and guide tech leadership on financial planning, results tracking and value-based decision-making.
• Support procurement and purchasing workflows, ensuring robust financial control from supplier agreements through invoice handling.
• Engage in project controlling activities for technology investments, including cost estimations and ongoing monitoring.
• Be a proactive contributor to goal setting, results follow-up, and long-term strategy development, challenging the status quo where needed.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who brings a combination of financial expertise and a forward-looking mindset. You likely have:

• 3+ years of experience in a business or financial controlling role or business analyses, ideally with exposure to tech-driven organizations.
• A university degree in finance, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• A strong grasp of finance fundamentals and practical application in a business context.
• Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex challenges and engage multiple stakeholders to drive informed decisions.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including Excel, Power BI, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
