We are currently seeking a Collection AR Accountant on behalf of our client. The Collection Accounts Receivable Accountant plays a vital role in managing overdue receivables. The key responsibility is to ensure that payments from B2B clients are collected accurately and on time. Additionally, the role supports the Floor plan financing process by supplying partner banks with essential invoicing details.

Department: Treasury & Accounts Receivable

Reports to: AR Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to B2B customers with overdue payments via phone and email
• Monitor and manage receivables ageing reports
• Address and resolve customer concerns and payment disputes
• Enhance and optimize the collection and dunning processes
• Provide invoice-related data to partner banks
• Track and follow up on collections within the Floor plan financing workflow
• Work closely with business units and AR colleagues on relevant matters
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and change initiatives within AR
• Assist with maintaining up-to-date documentation of AR activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, equivalent qualification, or relevant work experience
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience working with SAP systems
